The promoter of this raffle is Firenze Group Ltd (“Firenze”).
- The Prize
The prize consists of two (2) Platinum Experience tickets to the 154th Open Championship, to be held at Royal Birkdale Golf Club on Friday 17 July 2026 (“the Prize”).
The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash or alternative prize will be offered. Travel, accommodation, subsistence, and any other associated costs are not included unless expressly stated.
- Eligibility
Entry is open only to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:
- Are UK-registered financial advisers;
- Are aged 18 years or over at the time of entry;
- Successfully register for and attend the “What is Lombard lending?” webinar hosted by Firenze (“the Webinar”).
Employees of Firenze, its group companies, agents, or anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
- How to Enter
To enter the raffle, eligible individuals must:
- Register for the Webinar via the official Firenze/ GoToWebinar registration process; and
- Attend the Webinar in full.
Non-attendance will automatically nullify the entry, regardless of registration status.
Only one (1) entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
- Verification
Firenze reserves the right to verify:
- Webinar registration and attendance records; and
- The entrant’s status as a registered financial adviser.
Only entrants who satisfy all eligibility and verification requirements will be included in the prize draw. Firenze’s decision regarding eligibility and verification is final.
- Winner Selection
One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries within 14 days of the final Webinar taking place on 24th April 2026.
The winner will be notified using the contact details provided at registration. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, Firenze reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
- Use of Personal Data
Personal data provided in connection with this raffle will be used solely for the purposes of administering the promotion, verifying eligibility, and contacting the winner, unless marketing consent is provided upon registration, in accordance with Firenze’s privacy policy.

This promotion and the Webinar are provided for information purposes only. Nothing in connection with the raffle or Webinar constitutes financial, investment, tax, or lending advice.
- Limitation of Liability
Firenze accepts no responsibility for entries that are incomplete, invalid, lost, delayed, or not received for any reason. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Firenze shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from acceptance or use of the Prize.

Firenze reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this promotion at any time where reasonably necessary.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
